This time, NVIDIA made another breakthrough by introducing its new platform for mobile devices that will change the way of current market smartphones, the NVIDIA APX 2500. The APX 2500 is a applications processor that enables intuitive 3D user interfaces and engaging high-definition video on connected Windows Mobile phones.
Jen-Hsun Huang, president and CEO of NVIDIA said “This is the dawn of the second personal computer revolution. Technologies are converging in amazing mobile devices, that have all of the rich, visual capabilities of a modern PC from watching movies and making video calls to surfing the web and playing 3D games. The APX 2500 combined with Microsoft Windows Mobile, will make the next generation of smartphones our most personal computer.”

Here come the Motorola’s new pocket size gadget DH01n which was made official in Barcelona last month offers a media player, GPS navigation, and of course mobile TV via the DVB-H networks.
This device is enablers of digitally broadcast TV channels in the U.S. and seems like they threw in the GPS navigation capability to make the device multi-functional. The maps for DH01n comes from TeleAtlas and it can render them in 2D or 3D.
