 Three new in-car GPS navigation systems from Navman under its F series coming. The first one is the Navman F30, an enhanced version of the previous F20 model with the addition of TMC receiver for real-time traffic information. Users will enjoy the free lifetime subscription to the service, however, the traffic info is only available in the following countries: UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands. Another new ingredient to the mix is the T1 Traffic Pack which allows automatic re-route calculation to avoid traffic jams. Navman will retail this GPS for £199, but no words on availability dates.  Navigon, together with Porsche, is going to release P9611 GPS Navigation System. Powered by a 520MHz Intel processor, a 64MB RAM and a 64MB ROM, the device will be pre-loaded with Navigon’s MobileNavigator Premium software along with Zagat’s POIs data. Features include a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, an Antaris SuperSense GPS receiver, Bluetooth hands-free phone calls support, a 1400mAH Li-Ion batterty, and built-in MP3 player. It will be retailed in Summer for $899.

 Navigon, a German GPS manufacturer, is going to release its latest Navigon 3100 and 3110 Navigation Systems. Both devices will feature an integrated SiRF Star III receiver, built-in RDS/TMC receiver for real-time traffic information, a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with 65K colors and 320×240 resolution, SD/MMC card slot (up to 2GB supported), and Windows CE.Net 5.0 operating system. They will be pre-loaded with Navigon MobileNavigator 6 software and Navteq maps data as well. |

 Here’s the new kid on the GPS market — Map-Star. Powered by Samsung’s 400MHz S3C2440 processor, this navigation system runs on Windows CE 4.2 OS and Odyssey navigation software. To compete with other big boys, the device comes with an integrated SiRF Star III GPS receiver chipset, along with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display and multi-language voice guidance (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Korean). Maps of U.S and Canada, as well as over 1.5 million of POIs are already pre-loaded. |

 Magellan is going to release a whole new series of satellite navigation system named Maestro. The first three models under this series are the Maestro 4000, 4040, and 4050, which respectively costs $450, $600, and $800. Scheduled to hit the market in April, these GPS devices will feature a 4.3-inch touch screen display, a new streamlined user interface, and a SiRF Star III GPS receiver. |

 LG Korea introduced N1, a GPS Navigation System that also has built-in T-DMB receiver, making it possible to receive broadcasted satellite media on-the-go. Measures 92 x 86 x 16.5 mm and weighs 160 grams, the device offers a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, a 192MB of onboard memory with SD card slot for additional storage, an up to 3.5 hours of usage for either DMB or GPS mode, and Windows CE 5.0 operating system. |
