IQ770 is the latest AMD-based Media Center PC (MCPC) from HP. Powered by the Turion 64 X2 TL-52 CPU, it is equipped with a 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 320GB of hard drive, an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera module, and a LightScribe DVD burner. Its 19-inch touchscreen LCD display is supported by an nVidia GeForce Go 7600 graphics engine and thanks to the ATSC HDTV tuner, users can enjoy their favourite TV programme on an impressive HD resolution.

HP’s IQ770 Media Center PC boasts a new widget-like dashboard interface and several new functions, such as HP SmartCalendard which serves as a central point for virtual fridge notes and shared family calendars, as well as Photosmart Touch, a new image editing and printing interface. Here goes the latest product on Hitachi’s portfolio - the Prius Air Type R TV Desktop PC. Sungju has presented its latest mini PC under the Tango Mini line-up, the Tango Mini Duo. Not much detail about this MoDT (Mobile on Desktop) PC yet, but it will have Intel's dual core processor for sure. According to an official at the company, Mini Duo has 16.5 x 16.5 x 15 cm dimensions which is slightly bigger than Mac Mini. BetaNews mentioned that the mini PC has been displayed at the recent SEK 2006 exhibtion in Korea.

Sony has just released an interesting combination between a powerful home PC with a high-quality LCD TV under its popular VAIO line-up, the VAIO LS1 TV/PC Combo. The PC is powered by an Intel Core Duo processor and equipped with a 2GB of RAM, a large 250GB of HDD, integrated webcam, and 802.11b/g Wireless LAN connectivity. And since it's a TV/PC combo, you can expect an integrated NTSC TV tuner inside. Not just you can watch your favourite TV programme on it s 19-inch WSXGA+ LCD display, you can also record the show directly on the hard disk for later viewing.

Priced at $2,100, the stylish VAIO LS1 TV/PC Combo sports a unique framed display with a transparent border for a stunning floating effect. The whole PC is embedded behind the flat-panel LCD display, thus providing an extra space for your other devices. Runs on Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 operating system, LS1 PC will be available in the middle of September.

PC Koubou has an interesting BTO (Built To Order) desktop PC on its shelves, the Scenage SL504MULTI. Priced at 89,980 Yen (basic configuration), it is powered by a Celeron D346 (3.6GHz) processor, 512MB of RAM, and 160GB of 7,200rpm HDD. This PC is also equipped with a DVD SuperMulti burner and an ATI Fire MV2200 PCI graphics card with 64MB of VRAM. So, what makes it interesting? Well, in multi-mode, the PC's graphics engine supports up to 5 screen output simultaneously. Wow. Of course, its price tag doesn't include those five monitors and you have to purchase them separately.
