Princeton offers two ReadyBoost-compatible USB Flash Disk recently, the Xiao Slide and Xiao Slide DX series. Not sure what’s the difference between these two models, but as for technical specs, the two disks measure 18.5 x 58 x 8mm and weight 9 grams. Moreover, three capacity variants are available (256MB, 512MB, and 1GB). No words on pricing though.
