As I mention before, Asus updates of their two popular gaming laptop, G1S and G2S, I've talk about G1S from the last post. Now we'll check what inside this G2S series.

To begin with, the 17-inch G2S sports an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 (2.2GHz) CPU, a 2GB of DDR2 (667MHz) RAM, a 200GB 5,400rpm SATA HDD, and an nVidia GeForce 8600M graphics engine with 256MB of VRAM. The display incorporates Asus Splendid Intelligent Video technology and capable of showing up to 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) image resolution.

Moreover, the G2S laptop is equipped with a Dual-Layer SuperMulti DVD driver, 5 x USB 2.0, Firewire port, S-VIdeo, S/PDIF, integrated microphone, DVI-D, card reader, ExpressCard slot, and wide-range of connectivity options, including Ethernet LAN, WiFI, Bluetooth, and 56K modem. Measures 410.6 x 315.6 x 46.6mm and weighs 4.4kg, the machine also comes with an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam, optical mouse, an 8-cells Li-Ion battery, and a Windows Vista Home Premium Edition OS.
