It's the new WorldNav 3100 Portable GPS which is available in Deluxe and Premium models. The hardware specifications boasts a 3.5-inch color TFT touch screen, powered by Samsung S3C2440 300MHz running on Microsoft Windows CE.NET 4.2, built-in speaker (0.5w), miniUSB port, 3.5 stereo headphone jack and SD slot for program, map, picture, video and music storage. Both Deluxe and Premium version of WorldNav 3100 have the same hardware specification. Both feature pronounce street names capabilities, choice of natural female or male voice guidance except the Deluxe version which only comes with natural female voice guidance, automatic 2D/3D view, pan and zoom, day/night mode functions, automatic reroute, most expensive POI database in the industry with 12 million POIs preloaded except Deluxe version with only 3 million POIs preloaded. The supported audio codec are MPEG 1 Layer III, QGG, Musepack, WMA, AC-3, AMR and Adpcm, uLaw while the supported video codec are DivX, XviD, MPEG4-SP, MPEG1 and M-JPEG. The retail price of WorldNav 3100 deluxe is USD399 while the Premium version could reach USD459.
