
Casio has just announced its new wristwatch which also doubles as a portable navigation device, the GPR-100. This digital watch, claimed by the company as the world's smallest GPS wristwatch, offers the ability of measure the distance traveled, current and average speed, and of course, time. Measures 63.1 x 49.5 x 17.1 mm and weighs 64 grams, it is equipped with a 49×72 full dot LCD with EL backlight, stopwatch and timer functions, and alarm feature. Targeted at athletes and jogging enthusiasts, the wristwatch is waterproof as well, so you can still run under the rain. Casio's GPR-100 will hit the Japanese store on September 30th with a retail price of 54,000 Yen or about $460.
