LG Philips Presents LCD TV With Motion Blur Reduction Technology |

At the currently running IMID 2006 exhibition, LG, in collaboration with Philips, presents a prototype of its 42-inch LCD TV. Measures 1006 x 610 x 56 mm, this TV sports an innovative MBRT (Motion Blur Reduction Technology) which reduced the MPRT (Motion Picture Response Time) level under the human perception limit, thus resulting in vivid and realistic moving image quality compared to traditional CRT display. Other features packed on this 16.7M colors LCD TV include a brightness of 500cd/m2, a contrast ratio of 800:1, a resolution of 1366 x 768, a viewing angle of 178 degrees, and a response time (MPRT) of 4.6ms.
