If somehow you feel the urge to connect your PC to 16 LCD monitors at once, you can check out the DA-4DD3 device from IO-Data. As long as your LCD has a DVI connector on it, you can plug between 4 to 16 monitors to the device and it will take care the rest. This multi screen viewer supports a resolution of 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA), however, keep in mind that it would NOT split the screen onto 16 small parts.
