i-mate ultimate 8502 has a completely different form factor than the Ultimate 9502 but still features the same direct video output. It is a quad band Windows Mobile Pro 6 device with a full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, bluetooth, microSD card slot, 2.6″ screen, 2MP camera, and of course the integrated GPS.

The 3.5G networks that the ultimate 8502 supports is rated at downlink speeds of up to 7.2Mbps.
