The K800i accommodates a 3.2-megapixel lens with autofocus, built-in Xenon flash, image stabilising technology and a splendid new shooting mode called BestPic (see ‘Take your best shot’ box out for an in-depth look). Not to mention that it hurtles around at 3G speeds.
Review By Expansys: The Sony Ericsson K800i is part of their Cyber-shot range for the high-end market and features 3G. Boosting an impressive 3.2Mega-Pixel camera, with auto focus, built-in xenon flash and image and video stabilizer function so you can take great photographs. Then share your photos instantly using 3G. It’s hard to take a bad picture. Get the picture you want with BestPic™. It takes a series of picture including some immediately before the camera key is pressed. You can pick the best and delete the rest. Review By Reviews.Cnet: Like the K790a, the K800i sports a simple candy bar form factor that’s roughly rectangular in shape but still sleek and stylish. What’s more, the black-and-gray color scheme accurately reflects the high-tech features inside. It’s far from compact (4.1 by 1.9 by 0.9 inches; 4.1 ounces) but with its solid construction and comfortable feeling in the hands, it’s a worthy trade-off. Review By Esato: K800 is an UMTS video phone and the tiny video camera is located above the display integrated into the loudspeaker. It is not protected by any lens cover, but the speaker and lens is immersed a little bit so you won’t be able to touch the glass by accident. Two extra buttons are also located above the display and are used by the camera application and picture viewer |
