Sharp has been released Aquos 912SH TV-phone at Japan. The new TV-phone comes with clamshell models with rotateable screen where you can watch TV in VGA quality. Other features include external OLED display, 3MP camera, Bluetooth, HSDPA and MicroSD slot. I got no words about the pricing and availability outside Japan.
