Samsung presents SGH-C450, a low-end cell phone with basic mobile communication capabilities. Comes in two-tone color and a flex-touch wave-pattern keypad, the slim device (just 14.9mm height) runs on dual-band (900/1800) GSM network with support for GPRS Class 10 connectivity.
