 Canon presents PowerShot TX1, a pocket-sized HD video camcorder. This recorder can shoot video at 720p widescreen HDTV, as well as capture still photos at an impressive 7.1 megapixel resolution. Other features include a 16:9 wide-aspect HD video at 30 fps, a LCD display that can swing and rotate around, a 10x optical zoom, optical image stabilization, and a 4-in-1 media card reader that supports SD, SDHC, MMC, and MMCplus.
Priced at $499.99, PowerShot TX1 HD Camcorder will also incorporate Digic III image processor, promising a faster startup, improved image quality and extended battery life. The company plans to start shipping the video recorder on march. via |
