Canon Imaging has just launched two new portable photo printer for photographics enthusiats. Under the SELPHI range, those two printers are the CP720 and CP730 model. Now let's talk about the CP720 first. This photo printer, measures 178 x 125 x 63 mm and weighs 930 grams, features a 1.5-inch colors LCD display for accessing the printing menu. It supports 300 x 300 (256 gradations/color) resolution and can print images in variety of modes and sizes, including postcard size, large size, card size, and wide size. No words on pricing and availability yet, but for sure, the SELPHI CP720 Portable Photo Printer will come bundle with Paper Cassette, Standard Sheet/Ink Cassette, Compact POWER Adapter, POWER Cord, Cleaner Stick and a CP Printer Solution Disk. |

 BlauPunkt has just release its new radio navigation device, the TravelPilot Rome NAV56E. Comes with a detail maps of ten European countries, this GPS features a high-res colors TFT LCD display, zoom functionality, fastest or shortest route guide, and of course, a FM/MW/LW radio tuner. The NAV56E radio GPS is currently retailed for £550 or around $1,000.

 NeoDB recently presented an electronic bibble which also doubles as a PDA. The Bibble Master SY-B001 lets users to read either NIV bible or Korean bible on its 2.8-inch LCD display, as well as listen to the voice of an actor reading the words from the bible with adjustable volume and reading speed. It is also possible to search certain verse, record voice (ex: sermons), and find the meaning of the words in the NIV bibble. Furthermore, this PDA device is equipped with a book of hymns, integrated MP3 player and FM radio tuner, text viewer, USB connectivity, and an SD card slot.

Who might guess that yesterday, BenQ already announced another fashionable variant of this handset, the Butterfly edition. Measures 86.8 x 45.8 x 19.2 mm, the tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900) phone comes with a nice and eye-catching butterfly design made of pearl shell. On the inside, several beatiful buttefly wallpapers are included as well. Along with the F2 series, Asus also launched another Merom-based laptops, the V1 series. Measures 36.3 x 26.3 x 2.5 ~ 3.57 cm and weighs 2.7 kg, this ultra-slim 15.4-inch notebook features a Mobile Intel 945PM Express chipset, up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, up to 120GB of SAtA HDD, and either 256MB or 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 graphics card. As for the processor, the whole Merom's Core2 Duo family, except the Xtreme version, can be selected to power up the machine, including T5500, T5600, T7200, and T7400 processor. When it comes to connectivity, users have the options for 802.11a/b/g Wireless LAN, Ethernet LAN, and Bluetooth V2.0 + EDR. As for the security, the V1 laptop offers a biometric fingerprint reader, along with Asus Security Protect Manager feature which allows users to set up multi-level data access authentication. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with either Windows XP Home or Professional edition operating system. No words on pricing and availibility in US yet. |

Here goes another new notebook released by Asus, the R1F Tablet PC. And like the other two new laptops, Asus F2 and V1 series, this convertible notebook is also powered by Intel's Core2 Duo (code name Merom) processor. Specs-wise, this 13.3-inch machine doesn't quite different compared to its siblings. It features an Intel 945GM Express chipset, up to 2GB of DDR2 RAM, up to 120GB of SATA HDD, and wide-range of connectivity options - WiFI, Ethernet LAN, and Bluetooth V2.0+ EDR. Weighs 4.6 pounds, it also comes with a fingerprint reader and Asus Security Protect Manager's multi-factor authentication data access protection. Along with Intel's Core2 Duo processor, the R1F Tablet PC can be powered by Intel's Core Duo processor as well. It runs on Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system and comes with InfoPen software for handwritten input capability. No words on pricing and US availibility yet. |
